         When it comes to self-love, most people have been trained to have the exact opposite perspective of themselves. Self-love in this generation is often anchored to an outside source such as money, religious gods, status, or even other people. Most individuals define their self-worth through outside sources. However; you are reading this because you are ready for a change or are interested in the idea that everything you seek in this world comes from inside of you first!

         This article expresses 6 amazing strategies that will help you stay committed to loving and taking care of yourself first, even on the bad days. Relapses and old habits may occur because of the way we have been conditioned our whole lives.
