How To Have a Successful Day and a Positive Attitude

When You First Wake Up...

  • Write down 3 things you are grateful for

When you first wake up, think of the things that make you happy and grateful to wake up another day. Write them down so that they are permanently registered in your mind and embroidered in your day. 

The more the merrier but three is a good start. Say at least three positive things about yourself out loud and believe every adjective that you claim on yourself.

  • Meditate on 3 tasks you want to achieve or complete for the day

Manifest positivity and work ethic on your day so that the projects you want to complete will get accomplished. However, do not get frustrated if all of your goals are not complete by the end of the day. Instead, be encouraged and cheerful for what did get completed.

Exercising releases endorphins, reduces stress, and makes one feel happy and accomplished. It is a great way to start the day and gain energy for the tasks ahead. Exercising can include walking, dancing, running, or other methods that cause the physical body to work at a level higher than its normal state.

Live in the Present

  • Don’t ruin a perfectly good day by contemplating on the past or worrying too much about the future. Instead, smile and be grateful for where you are in the present and what you have accomplished to get there. Tune into your thoughts and feelings about what your going through or where you are currently at so that you can get to know your present self. 
  • If your thoughts and feelings are negative, find the positive aspects of your current situation and focus on those perspectives so that you feel happy and calm in your current state. Then do something or think thoughts that possess positivity and allow you to vibe with your inner self. 

At The End Of The Day...

  • Write down 5 accomplishments

                      Even the smallest details of the day that made you feel joyful and grateful count. This strategy allows you to reflect on your day and focus on what did get accomplished. Writing your achievements down, saying them, or even thinking about them right before you go to bed allows you to sleep cheerfully and untroubled. 

    Repeat!

    • Repeating this process everyday allows you to change your perspective on the things you are currently going through so that you look forward to getting out of bed everyday with a fresh and positive start.
    • The process does not always have to be the same and it is even more effective with your own personalized ways to creating a positive and successful day.
